FleXtents® pop-up gazebos with digital print for events and branding

A FleXtents® pop-up gazebo with digital print gives your business, club or organisation a recognisable event space and practical shelter in one. Use it at exhibitions, markets, sporting events and promotional activities where visitors need to spot your stand and understand who you are.

Choose a logo on the valance or a more extensive design across the roof and compatible sidewalls. The available print surfaces depend on the gazebo and print package you select.

Choose a design that works at your event

Start with the message you want people to notice. If recognition is the priority, a clear logo and a few words may be enough. Product images and more detailed information are better suited to surfaces that visitors can see up close.

Think about where people will approach the stand. At a market, the front valance may be the first thing they see. At an exhibition or sporting event, printed sidewalls may also help people recognise your organisation from different directions. Clear contrast and a focused message will usually make the design easier to read in a busy setting.

A printed gazebo can be combined with banners and other branding products when you need more space for information.

Select the right size and FleXtents® series

Measure your pitch before choosing a gazebo. Allow room for tables, products and equipment, as well as space for staff and visitors to move comfortably.

The printed gazebo range includes FleXtents® PRO and Xtreme models in different sizes and configurations. PRO is suited to frequent professional use where strength and manageable transport weight matter. Xtreme is the stronger option for more demanding and intensive use. Compare the specifications of the individual products before deciding, especially if the gazebo will be transported and assembled regularly.

Check what the chosen package includes. Some printed gazebos include sidewalls, while others are supplied with a printed roof cover only. If you want to compare the wider range of series and configurations, explore our FleXtents® pop-up gazebos.

Prepare your artwork and check cover compatibility

Your printed cover is produced from the artwork you supply. Before preparing the design, check the requirements for the selected print product, including file format, resolution and placement. This is particularly useful when artwork must continue across different sections of the roof or sidewalls. Our experts can help if you are unsure about the files or layout.

The frame and cover are separate components, so a compatible frame may be used with different printed covers for different campaigns or events. Every replacement cover must match the exact FleXtents® series, frame and size. Confirm compatibility before ordering a cover for a gazebo you already own.

Digital print can also give a gazebo a personal design for a wedding, anniversary or other celebration. After the event, a compatible frame can be used with another suitable cover.

Transport, storage and safe use

Check the individual product details to see whether a transport bag is included. Before storing a printed cover, make sure it is clean and completely dry. Keep it in a dry place and protect it from sharp objects.

Secure the gazebo every time it is assembled. Suitable pegs and straps may be used on grass or soil where conditions allow. On paving, asphalt or other hard surfaces, choose appropriate weights or ballast. Follow the instructions for your model and monitor the weather throughout the event. A pop-up gazebo is a temporary shelter and should be taken down when conditions become unsuitable.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have just a logo printed?

Yes. You can choose a smaller print area instead of a design covering the whole gazebo. The options depend on the model and print product.

Can I order a printed cover for a frame I already own?

It may be possible. You will need the exact FleXtents® series, frame type and size so that compatibility can be confirmed before you order.

What artwork do I need to provide?

File requirements vary by print product. Check the instructions for your chosen solution before submitting your design.
