FleXtents® pop-up gazebos for events, markets and parties

FleXtents® pop-up gazebos give you a sheltered space that is quick to set up and easy to use in different locations. They work as market stalls, exhibition stands, information points and team shelters, as well as covered spaces for private parties. Choose from several sizes, colours and series, depending on how often you will use the gazebo and how much you need to transport it.

Quick to set up and take along

A FleXtents® has a folding frame, so you do not have to assemble the legs and roof bars individually each time. Open the frame gradually, adjust the legs and secure the gazebo on the chosen surface. Smaller models can usually be set up in a few minutes by at least two people familiar with the system; larger models need more people and space.

The frame folds down for transport and storage. This makes a pop-up gazebo useful when you attend events in different places or need to put up and take down your shelter regularly. If you need one large venue that will stay in place for an event, a marquee may be a better choice.

Which FleXtents® series should you choose?

Start with how often you will use the gazebo and how frequently you will move it. The series offer different combinations of frame strength, weight and price:

• FleXtents® Basic has a lightweight steel frame and is an affordable choice for occasional events and private use.
• FleXtents® STEEL has a more robust steel frame for customers who want a gazebo for repeated use.
• FleXtents® PRO STEEL is designed for regular use by private customers, clubs, associations and professional organisers who prefer a strong steel frame.
• FleXtents® PRO has an aluminium frame. It is suited to frequent professional use, especially when lower frame weight makes transport and handling easier.
• FleXtents® Xtreme is intended for frequent professional use and demanding event setups. Check the individual model when comparing frame specifications.

If an organiser or venue requires fire-related documentation, look at the flame-retardant FleXtents® models. Check the certificate for the specific gazebo against the requirements of your event.

Choose the size and layout for your event

Consider what needs to fit under the roof before choosing a size. A sales stand needs room for products, staff and customers, while a catering area may also need space for equipment and movement behind a counter. For a private gathering, think about whether guests will stand, sit at tables or move between the gazebo and the surrounding area. Check that there is enough room on site to open and anchor the frame safely.

You can use a gazebo as an open shelter or add sidewalls for more enclosure. Depending on the model, options include closed sidewalls, windows, entrances and half walls. Some gazebos are sold without sidewalls; others include them. Check the product description so you know what comes with your chosen model.

FleXtents® accessories include sidewalls, ground bars, rain gutters, connectors, carry bags and anchoring equipment. Compatible gazebos can be placed next to each other when you need a larger covered area. Check sizes and series before ordering accessories, as parts are not necessarily interchangeable.

Make your stand recognisable

A printed pop-up gazebo can combine shelter with a visible identity for a business, club or organisation. Add a logo, colours or graphics to create a stand that people can recognise at markets, exhibitions, sporting events and promotions. The available print options depend on the chosen solution.

Anchor the gazebo and watch the weather

Secure every leg, even when conditions seem calm. On grass or another suitable soft surface, use appropriate pegs and storm straps. On paving, asphalt or concrete, use weights or another anchoring solution suited to the surface and gazebo. A Safety Pack may provide some of the equipment you need, but check what is appropriate for your setup.

Sidewalls increase the surface exposed to wind, so they make correct anchoring especially important. Check the forecast before the event and monitor conditions while the gazebo is in use. FleXtents® are temporary shelters: take the gazebo down when severe weather threatens, and do not rely on anchoring to make it safe in all conditions.
